So many, especially women business owners, trade under their own name as their personal name.

- Lorna Jayne
- Countless designers (eg Ivanka Trump) and move stars and singers who often use their personal names as trade marks
If you use your personal name as your brand name, I strongly recommend getting it registered as a trade mark, to prevent someone else from registering it first and stopping you from using your own name as a brand (yes! that could actually happen).
