In this fast paced society where everyone wants everything yesterday and the pressures to deliver are at an all time high, Stress,high blood pressure, depression and anxiety are now mainstream. Its important to think about the cause and not just the symptom. Creating space and balance through Relaxation is an important step to breaking this cycle. Although we need motivation which can come through factor S.as one of the positive outcomes of Stress, this does need to be balanced with Vitamin R. Relaxation is as important as water is to the body. It feeds sustained balance for the function of our mind in dealing with the daily demands placed on us.Trying to drum up motivation when we are exhausted is sadly a daily ritual for many of us.
